Massaro CM Services was chosen to provide agency construction management services to five elementary schools and two middle schools as part of the Bethel Park Schools districts 2007 capital improvements plan. The renovation and new construction work included multiple classroom additions, roof repair, roof replacement,  structural repairs, mechanical upgrades, LGI renovations, foundation repairs, vestibule repair and electrical upgrades.
