This project consists of five major components including six new tennis courts with cushioned surface (7,200 square feet each), a new 116,000 square foot field house that will house track & field events as well as a a multi-purpose field, a new 2-story, 15,000 square foot locker room, new regulation size synthetic turf soccer field and under drain system, including lighting and grand stands, and a new utility bank extension and access road from Route 88. Anticipated construction cost is $20 million.
