Architect: IKM Architects

This six-level, 435,000 square foot garage includes parking for 1,280 cars, three glass enclosed elevators and included an extension to the Three Rivers Heritage Trail and a bicycle rental station as part of the site work to encourage fitness and river life in the region. The complex is connected to the Port Authority’s Light Rail Transit Station, a project for which Massaro also provided general construction services.
