New Staffing at Massaro CM Services
June 2009 - Dave Disque joined Massaro CM Services, LLC as a project manager in March of 2009. He began his career in 1968 at Westinghouse Electric as an industrial engineer in the Plant Services Division, East Pittsburgh Works. He then spent thirty years as facilities manager for local Pennsylvania public schools and universities. In this role he has managed additions and renovations to educational facilities ranging above $30 million.
In Dave’s current role as project manager he has been assigned to the Bethel Park replacement high school project, where he will be responsible for all phases of construction from bidding to project close-out.
Chuck Derito has been in the construction industry for close to 38 years. His experience includes residential, educational, retail, healthcare, and industrial type projects. Chuck excels at project coordination, pre-planning, project recovery, cost control and is a proven leader in and champion of Quality Control applications.
Chuck joined Massaro CM Services in 2009 as a site manager and has been assigned to the Bethel Park replacement high school project where he will be responsible for the daily construction activity.
Steve Peterman has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry; including 15 years as a carpenter/foreman, 5 years as a superintendent and 3 years as a project manager. Over these years Steve has worked on and managed a wide variety of residential and commercial construction. Since 2004 Steve has been focused on school projects ranging building new facilities and additions for clients in the public and private K-12 market.
Steve was hired as project manager and has been assigned to the Pittsburgh Public Schools - Frick Technical Academy renovations project. In this role Steve will be responsible for all aspects of the renovations of this 43,574 square foot facility that is located in the heart of Oakland, land locked between the University of Pittsburgh and the now vacant Children’s Hospital .
