January 2009 - Massaro CM Services, LLC is delighted to announce the award of the preconstruction services contract for the Fields at Bell Acres project. Working with L. Robert Kimball & Associates, the architects on the project, Massaro will provide estimating, value engineering, phasing and constructability services. The Fields at Bell Acres project represents a partnership between the Quaker Valley School District (QVSD) and The Quaker Valley Recreation Association (QVRA) to develop a 36 acre property located at the intersection of Camp Meeting Extension and Fern Hollow Road in Sewickley, PA.

The property will be developed to support community recreational and athletic activities. The current design boasts13 regulation sized athletic fields including WPIAL regulation baseball and softball fields, soccer fields, and lighting. The facility also features playgrounds, concession stands and pavilions.
