January 2008 - Massaro CM Services has purchased two software systems to enhance our preconstruction and construction phase services. As designers and owners rely more heavily on estimating efforts to help drive cost efficient design, the need for comprehensive estimating services has become more critical. Our new WinEst estimating software is designed to assist our estimating staff in performing rapid, auditable and flexible cost estimates. Once a project has been transitioned to our field staff, the need to communicate with all of the players including the owner’s construction staff, design team and subcontractors is paramount to the project’s success. Prolog project management software provides complete and efficient construction control of all aspects of the construction process from submittals to daily communications.
