April 2007 - Massaro Construction Management Services, LLC will deliver two K-12 projects on time and under budget. Both Chartiers Valley and Woodland Hills School Districts will see work completed at their schools before the start of the fall school year.

Phase Two of the Chartiers Valley School District is completing on time and under budget.
Construction of additions at Chartiers Valley’s Primary School, Intermediate School and Middle/High School, designed by Valentour, English Bodnar & Howell, will finish on time. The new additions to the primary school included a three story classroom, as well as gymnasium improvements. The intermediate school’s library was expanded and classrooms were added. In the middle/high school an addition of an academic/athletic wing was constructed.

The Woodland Hills School District’s Wolvarena Stadium will be finished by mid-summer, in time for summer football camp. Over the past year, Massaro Corporation and HHSDR Architects have been working on improvements to the district’s famed Wolvarena. Named by USA Today as one of the nation’s top stadiums, the newly renovated stadium includes a state of the art playing surface, an increased number of locker facilities and renovations to existing locker spaces, improved parking, new concession stands, as well as structural repairs and upgrades to the home bleachers.
