March 2007 - Massaro Construction Management Services has just been awarded a contract to act as a Construction advisor for the FCC Capital Corporation on four hotel projects located in Texas.

As construction advisor Massaro will provide expertise on all areas of pricing and contract review. From providing a preliminary estimate to the review of final documents we will provide FFC Capital with all of the necessary information to make informed decisions on moving forward with the development of their new hotels.

FCC Capital is acquiring four AmeriSuite hotels and will fund the redevelopment of these properties into a new Marriott Corporation product line known as Marriott Place. These newly acquired properties are located in San Antonio, Austin, Houston and Grand Prairie. The re-flagged properties will offer guests newly remodeled suites that include finish upgrades, improved bathroom facilities, all new furniture and state of the art 40″ plasma televisions in every suite. The renovated lobbies will include a den, great room, full service buffet area, bar/Café and E-room. Massaro will be working with BSW International Architects of Tulsa, OK who are providing architectural, structural, mechanical systems design.
