Ringgold Chooses Massaro

September 2008 – Ringgold School District awarded Massaro Construction Management Services, LLC the contract for owner’s representation services for the renovation of the high school cafeteria located at 1 Ram Drive in Monongahela, Pennsylvania. The $4.5 million, 1,000 square foot project began on June 30, 2008 with a construction completion date of January 2009.

The scope of the project includes:

  • Installation of a new structural slab
  • Newly designed kitchen with a food court environment
  • Installation of new VCT flooring, ceiling panels, lighting and door fixtures
  • Installation of finishes
  • Mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades

The architect for the Ringgold cafeteria project is HHSDR and the prime contractors include: Franjo – general trades; East West Mechanical – HVAC; Abeck – electrical, and Wheels Mechanical – plumbing.
